This policy specifically outlines various terms and conditions (T&C) and is binding on the user including for room booking , payment, refund related terms and conditions. Kindly read through the user terms & conditions policy carefully before making any purchase on referred as “platform” or “website” or “we” or “our or “”) and can be modified or amended from time to time without any prior notification to the website user.

All policies pertaining to user, privacy, cancellation, refund, shipping etc. are subject to be modified from time to time. Please read the respective sections on to read the updated version of these policies. The policies and frameworks are designed to meet the governance and set-up procedures and the user agrees to read them carefully from time to time to keep a track of the same before using the website or making any transaction on the site.

If you book through our website or domain linked with this site, you by default agree to those terms & condition by using the site. (herein referred as “you”, “buyer”, “Customer”, “user”). By using the service or transacting on the website  the user by default agrees to abide by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, cancellation, refund, and payment terms, services terms.

General conditions:


A user is someone who is booking a hotel room through www.nestandhives.comor its affiliated sites

  • User information contains name, email address, mobile number,  address, billing address, city, country, pin code
  • If you age is below 18 years you are prohibited to book
  • does not undertake any service obligation or a guarantee or remedial action if your card or payment information is being used by someone else other than you.
  • If a user comes to know about the misuse, please notify us on nestandhives@gmail.comimmediately to take further account de-activation steps to prevent the misuse of your payment instruments
  • We don’t undertake any responsibility in account of situations arising out of above.

Restrictions: would label these actions as misuse of the site and any misuse would lead to prohibition to use the site and undertakes no responsibility out of these user related activities which may cause loss to anyone transacting on the website/

  • If the user is below 18 years of age, such users are prohibited from using the site
  • Distributing or transmitting technologically harmful files, data through virus, malicious software, junk emails, spamming, distributing copyright or proprietary or patented information or product related information under copyright law etc
  • Content that promotes racism, discrimination, hate or physical harm
  • Promoting illegal or prohibited items or unsolicited promotion or advertising content promoting any business
  • Selling or promoting prohibited items on the platform by any customer or merchant who is promoting

Room Bookings:

  • All room specifications, details including images are indicative in nature and may not match the actual room image.
  • All indicative images or specifications are for illustration purpose of the room category.  The users are requested to verify room facilities before booking.
  • We take utmost care in updating the product specification/ information
  • reserves the right to cancel the confirmed booking  and refund the same because of technical issues including room unavailability or any situation beyond the normal control when servicing the customer becomes tough.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount in case if the product ordered is not available with the merchant or partner.


We use third party payment gateway for processing payments. We don’t capture your payment details including card details/ net banking passwords. Users are advised not to transact if you see the payment links are not the one available on our site.

Users are advised not to click any link or suspicious email  and share your bank or card details. We don’t ask the customers to share their card details, pin, OTP, netbanking information in any event.


If you are using a valid coupon or promotional code, you are requested to read the detailed terms before making a room reservation.

Booking Confirmation:

  • For all successful transactions and subsequent payment confirmation through the payment gateway service provider; all bookings are confirmed through email.
  • Users are advised to check the booking confirmation before visiting the hotel.
  • For failed transactions, no rooms would be booked.


Upon successful payments confirmation, booking of a hotel room is confirmed and buyer receives a confirmation message for all booking transaction.

Online payments are facilitated through third party payment gateway service providers, who are in turn authorized by respective banks and other regulatory bodies. Please take care to protect your banking information

  1. For all successful transactions sends an automated notification and alert to update the transaction status
  2. For failed transactions because of any reason including internet connectivity, failure at the payment gateway or the issuing or processing bank, the reconciliation process reverses the amount to respective user bank accounts in the event of payments processed but are pending to be confirmed by the issuing or processing bank.
  3. In case, if you have a failed transaction but your account is debited, please send an email with the screen shot of the payment debit in your account by sending an email to us immediately.
  4. The payment reversal process may take between 7-21 days depending upon bank and gets refunded back to account through which the order transaction was made.
  5. The payment gateway has necessary encryptions and other security features to protect your banking information and account details.
  6. All payments made through is directed to a payment gateway page which is controlled by the payment collection bank or gateway service provider.
  7.  Users are advised to take proper care while making any transaction outside our website.
  8. Please do not trust any link or message which comes through a non-trusted source and may be a phishing attempt to steal your banking information.
  9. All communication and links coming through us needs a verification of the URL and the link its being redirected to before entering any banking detail

Cancellation: aims to offer our customers with convenience of booking a room online.

The booking cancellation policy outlines the process how cancellations are handled

  • The customer has an option to cancel the booking 7 day before the stay and a cancellation fee of 10% applies on all prepaid bookings. 25% cancellation fee applies till 48 hours of stay date at the hotel on prepaid bookings.
  • If you are cancelling 24 hours before the arrival or stay date, no refund shall be made.
  • reserves the right to cancel the booked rooms and refund the same because of any technical issues including unavailability or any event forcing the cancellation of the booking.

All policies pertaining to user terms & conditions, privacy, cancellation and refund are subject to be modified from time to time as appropriate. Please read through respective sections on to read the updated versions. The users are advised to check the policies by themselves while using the site. In no situation, we shall notify the users individually on the site usage and governing policies.

Things to keep in mindwhile staying at the hotel.

  1. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco products, bring arms and ammunition or any material prohibited by law is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms and hotel premise.
  2. The rooms classified as ‘No-smoking room’ would attract a penalty of INR 5,000 if the occupant is found smoking.
  3. Please read through the guest policy while staying at the property.
  4. Should you wish to notify the hotel with the guest details, kindly inform us 24 hours before your stay at the hotel to make necessary updates in our guest booking register. This can be done over phone or email
  5. Services taxes for rooms tariff, food and beverages & other service apply
  6. Inspection: All rooms occupied by the guests can be inspected by the hotel authority for misuse of the facility.

Jurisdiction & applicable laws:

This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws in India. The jurisdiction shall be New Delhi.

Liability: liability is limited for up keeping and maintaining the rooms and associated services offered in the booked rooms. We don’t not undertake any liability in account of incidental, direct or indirect or consequential damages of any type caused in connection to this agreement.
